Are you insured?”
We are fully insured and fully covered with $20,000,000 in Public Liability insurance.
How do I pay?
We have debit/credit card facilities available, we accept cash and if you’re a regular we’ll setup an automatic payment method.
How long will the job take?
This all depends on the size and complexity of the job. We will give you an idea how long it’ll take when we quote you - However, because we do fixed price quoting by the job instead of by the hour, there is no extra cost if the job takes longer than expected - that’s on us…
Do you tidy up after yourself?
Of course! We take all green waste away with us. If you’re on property; on request we can relocate green waste for you.
Can I cancel or reschedule a job?
We require at least 12 hrs notice for you to reschedule any appointments. If you are on a contract we require 2 weeks written notice if you would like to cancel your service. There are no exit or hidden fee’s.
For larger jobs we require a 30% non-refundable booking fee upfront.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the mblg team have access to the required area there is no reason to be at home. We can lock up once we’re finished.
I have pets, is that okey?
No Problem. As long as they’re friendly, we can work around them and will keep them safe while we work. We recommend that you secure them if they’re known escape artists.

Does the weather delay my service?
We usually work through all weather conditions, but some tasks can't be done effectively in certain weather (like spraying weeds in the rain). We will inform you before the scheduled time and rearrange if necessary. We will not work if above 36.5 degrees.
